THE OPPORTUNITY AT 5M

We have four acres in downtown San Francisco (5th, Mission, and Howard Streets), at a crossroads of several diverse neighborhoods, straddling the most abundant public transit in Northern California. It is the ideal location for a new model of urban development – one that utilizes a collective need for innovation to encourage shared resources and ideas across traditional boundaries. A place designed for people to be creative.

We call it The 5M Project because… well… it sits at the iconic intersection of 5th and Mission where The Chronicle has served our community since 1875. We hope to carry on the legacy of the site, transforming it into a thriving culture for innovation and community. We already gathered more than 2000 companies, organizations, and individuals who make up 5M. We are growing fast. Your curiosity is encouraged!
