EMERGENCY EGRESS

Although each Tenant Company is responsible for creating and maintaining their own emergency evacuation plan, the Building has developed basic egress maps for each floor. Every tenant suite was designed to assure multiple exits points from the suite and multiple exit paths out of the building. Based on where you are within a suite the door and path that provides the quickest means of exit will change. Below are described a primary and secondary means of egress for each suite. In the case of the larger suites the suite is divided into zones and primary and secondary exits are described for each zone. You may find these directions helpful in conjunction with the egress map for each floor that follow in the development of your company’s emergency evacuation plan, as they spread the Building population over the various exits.

The Building also conducts an annual emergency evacuation drill and assists interested Tenant Companies with planning and executing individual tenant evacuation drills. Tenant Companies wishing to obtain assistance in developing or enhancing their emergency preparedness
